Bowmore Finance was founded in March 2019. The objective is to use private funds to invest into a business which is either looking for a sale, or requiring capital for expansion.

Founder
Bowmore Finance was founded by Jonathan Halsall who was looking for a different challenge following 5 years as CFO of a £50m turnover company based in North Yorkshire. In his previous role, Jonathan oversaw from a financial perspective the sale of the business to Chinese investors, securing the owner the exit they required, and then was instrumental in the purchase of a market competitor.
Bowmore Finance plan on making their first investment in late 2019.
